bench - 180x3x3x6, 155x4x4x5 (close grip)
neutral pull ups - x10,+35x8,+60x6x4x4, x15
dips - x15 x15 +25x10

Front squats are awesome as always, you must have a lot left in the tank for back squats then I'm guessing?
