back squat - 270 for 3x3, 231x10
press - 110x3x3x6, 99x9, 88x10
row - 176x5x5x5x5, 154x10
static holds, tricep extensions
- had rugby practice on this day also in the morning
- was charlie horsed but was still able to hit my squat reps
- charlie horse is feeling worse today, but it'll be fine
- have a basketball tournament again tomorrow
